The House of The Scorpions

thats right its...  The House of The Scorpions
"Matteo Alacran was not born; he was harvested.
his DNA came from El Patron, lord of a country called opium - a strip of poppy fields lying between the United States and what was once called Mexico.  Matt's first cell split and divided inside a petri dish. Then he was placed in the womb of  a cow, where he continued the miraculous journey from embryo to fetus to baby. He is boy, now , but most consider him a monster - except for El Patron.  El Patron loves Matt as he loves himself, because Matt is himself"

that is basically the first half of the book, here's the second.

"As Matt struggles to understand his existence, he is threatened by a sinister cast of characters including El Patron's power hungry family, and he is surrounded by a dangerous army of bodyguards.  escape is the only chance Matt has to survive. but escape from Alacran Estate is no guarantee of freedom, because Matt marked by his difference in ways he doesn't even suspect"

I enjoyed this book allot. the first half was actually not that great but the second half made it one of the best books ever.  I would give this book 9 out of 10 stars.

warriors

thats right its warriors into the wild
"For generations, four clans of wild cats have shared the forest according to the laws laid down by their warriors ancestors. but the ThunderClan cats are in grave danger, and the sinister ShadowClan grows stronger everyday. noble warriors are dying-and some deaths are more mysterious than others. In the the midst of this turmoil appears an ordinary house cat named Rusty... who may turn out to be the bravest warrior of them all."

this book is sure to entertain you for quit awhile. there are six books in the first series but there are two more series, a stand alone book, a comic style book, and a book about the history of the clans. this book is great for ages 9 and up. "A great adventure story" remarks my brother after finishing into the wild (the warriors book not that true story that has a movie for it)
